Team Leader Cold Drink Equipment

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking a motivated Team Leader for its Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) division in Nelspruit. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the distribution, warehousing, procurement and maintenance of fountain and hot‑beverage equipment, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor warehousing, distribution and trade‑maintenance of fountain and hot‑beverage equipment.
• Manage spare‑part inventory and control processes.
• Track financials, budgeting and cost‑control initiatives.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration and maintain safety, health and environmental standards.
• Set goals, lead the team, and ensure quality and performance targets are met.
• Develop reports, maintain administrative controls and ensure effective stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Matric qualification plus a 3‑year management qualification in Engineering, Logistics or Technical Service Management.
• 2‑3 years of management experience in an FMCG or service environment.
• Knowledge of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) practices.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
