Discovery Bank is seeking a Team Leader Coach to lead a team of bankers, ensuring exceptional client outcomes through leadership, coaching, and digital enablement. The role blends people management with operational oversight to drive service excellence and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team of Discovery Bankers.
• Provide structured coaching, real‑time feedback and performance discussions.
• Identify capability gaps and implement targeted development programmes.
• Oversee team performance against service, quality, productivity and client experience metrics.
• Manage workforce utilisation, operational readiness and escalation handling.
• Drive adoption of AI‑enabled tools such as Next Best Action, Agent Assist and related workflows.
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
