Team Leader - Cash Collection

About the role

Fidelity Cash Solutions, part of Fidelity Services Group, is looking for a Team Leader in Kokstad, KwaZulu-Natal. The post reports to the Branch Manager and covers collecting and delivering clients' money, providing proof of delivery and collection. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the branch and ensure all equipment and vehicles are clean and in working condition.
• Make sure all security systems on vehicles and at the branch are operational.
• Ensure personnel follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle client services and prepare reports.
• Respond to robberies and accidents.

Required profile

• Clear criminal record.
• PSIRA accreditation at least Grade B.
• Completed firearm training in handgun and rifle, and a SAPS competency certificate.
• CIT certificate.
• Experience in the security industry or a similar role.
• Driver's licence; computer literate.
• Honest, reliable, assertive and self-motivated, with good verbal and language skills.
• Willing to work overtime and to travel.
