Team Lead – Internal Application Development

About the role

Lead and grow BSG's internal development and engineering teams, ensuring the right application architecture for an efficient “factory floor”. Collaborate with the Delivery Manager and Practice Leads to deliver high‑quality internal solutions aligned with business priorities, and recruit strong developers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and expand the internal development and engineering teams.
• Define and maintain internal application architecture to support efficient operations.
• Work with the Delivery Manager to ensure run‑and‑change activities meet quality standards and business priorities.
• Partner with Practice Leads to strengthen the Technology Capability.
• Recruit, onboard and develop capable developers and engineers.

Required skills

• Java (mandatory) and .NET (preferred) development.
• SAFe framework and Agile methodologies.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• TOGAF, Scrum, CUA/CXA certifications (or equivalent).
• Experience with IT strategy, stakeholder, programme and project management.
