Teach English Overseas – Full Training, Visa Sponsorship & Support

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic entry‑level teachers to deliver English lessons to young learners aged 3–16 in China. The position is designed for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into education, offering a stable full‑time contract, comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑energy, interactive English lessons using the company’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence and improve their language skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities and student engagement programmes.
• Maintain classroom discipline and record student progress.

Required profile

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship is available.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with digital teaching tools.
• Ability to create an engaging, immersive classroom environment.
