About the role

The Tariff & Rules Coordinator (Managed Care) ensures that tariff and rule configurations within the managed‑care platform are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and handling complex data sets.

Key responsibilities

Maintain, update and verify tariff and rule sets to guarantee system accuracy.
Perform quality‑assurance checks, identify discrepancies and support corrective actions.
Contribute to process optimisation by suggesting efficiency improvements and streamlining workflows.
Collaborate with operational teams to resolve queries and ensure alignment across functions.
Transfer knowledge through training sessions and documentation to strengthen departmental capability.

Required profile

Grade 12 plus a relevant Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a medical‑aid environment.
Minimum 5 years of claims experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with tariff and rule configurations.
