Targeted Group Development Coordinator (Mentor)

About the role

BCB Solutions is seeking a Targeted Group Development Coordinator (Mentor) to support its high‑value road construction and maintenance projects across South Africa. The role focuses on establishing training programmes, providing mentorship and ensuring targeted enterprises meet contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Targeted Enterprise Training and Support Programme.
• Assist targeted enterprises in setting up quality‑assurance systems.
• Provide training, coaching, guidance and mentoring to enterprise teams.
• Support enterprises to fulfil subcontract obligations and commitments.
• Capture monthly data for ITIS reporting.
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager and ensure CPG objectives are met.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (NQF Level 6) or a higher degree.
• Experience on up to three SANRAL road construction or routine road maintenance projects valued at R80 million + (incl. VAT).
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently.
