Talent Partner – Independent Recruiter

About the role

As a Talent Partner at Crayon you will act as an independent recruiter, business developer and talent expert. You will leverage Crayon’s AI‑powered recruitment platform to source candidates, onboard employers and grow your own recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Onboarding – bring new employers and jobs onto Crayon and earn a fee per job posted.
• Talent Sourcing & Shortlisting – source and shortlist candidates and receive Crayon Bounties when they are hired.
• Full‑Cycle Recruitment & Account Management – manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for Crayon Recruit jobs and earn a percentage of the success fee.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or business development.
• Established network of employers, hiring managers and top talent.
• Proven ability to source new jobs, onboard clients and manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using ATS platforms, sourcing tools and AI‑driven hiring solutions.
• Highly independent and self‑motivated.
