About the role

UnifyCX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high‑volume hiring for its call‑center operations in Durban. Working the night shift, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring over 200 Customer Service Representatives to meet the company’s 2026 hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for call‑center agent roles, from sourcing to offer extension.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers to align workforce needs and adjust recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media and other channels.
• Screen large volumes of applicants daily to identify candidates who meet UnifyCX’s customer‑service standards.
• Coordinate and conduct virtual or onsite interviews and hiring events.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress toward the 200+ agent hiring goal.
• Support onboarding in collaboration with HR and Operations to ensure seamless transitions from hire to Day 1.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume recruitment experience, preferably in a call‑center or BPO environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring targets under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS systems; familiarity with Paycor Recruiting is a plus.
