About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This flexible, commission‑only role lets you leverage your existing HR and recruiting network to introduce a fast‑growing hiring solution to new users.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce the Flowmingo platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the solution fits into existing hiring workflows and address any questions.
• Gather feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained network of hiring stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.

Required skills

• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring technology.
