About the role

Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will act as a connector, introducing Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring decision‑makers in your network, including your own organization.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather and relay feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting background.
• Active network of HR and recruitment contacts.
• Self‑starter with a passion for recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible, commission‑only schedule.
