About the role
Flowmingo is seeking motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This flexible, commission‑only position allows you to leverage your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts to introduce Flowmingo to new users.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce the Flowmingo platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
- Facilitate conversations that help prospects understand how Flowmingo fits into their hiring workflow.
- Gather and share feedback to help improve the product.
- Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.
Required profile
- Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience with an active network.
- Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
- Comfortable working independently with no fixed schedule or quotas.
