About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Flowmingo Partner Program and help bring our AI‑powered interview platform to more hiring teams. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers, earning rewards for each successful referral.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce the Flowmingo platform to HR and recruiting contacts in your network.
• Facilitate connections and help prospects understand how the platform fits their hiring workflow.
• Gather and share feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and onboarding, including bonuses for your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
