Systems Analyst – End-to-End Solution Designer

About the role

This position offers a rare chance for a Systems Analyst to step back and view the entire system landscape. You will bridge business needs, technology, and real‑world impact, shaping scalable solutions that drive large‑scale system evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end system solutions that align with the broader architecture.
• Decompose complex business requirements into clear, structured components.
• Translate technical concepts into diagrams, documentation, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Review delivered solutions to ensure they match design intent.
• Contribute to system improvements and resolve integration issues.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT (e.g., Computer Science or Information Systems).
• ITIL certification is advantageous.
• Ability to analyse and break down complex business requirements.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• SQL / Transact‑SQL
• Web Services (REST, SOAP)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Java or C# (advantageous)
• Jira & Confluence
• API integrations and automation tools
• Cloud platforms – AWS certification advantageous
