System Integration Specialist (SAP & PeopleSoft)

About the role

The System Integration Specialist will design, develop and maintain integration solutions linking SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft and third‑party applications. You will work with both real‑time and batch processes, ensuring secure, reliable data exchange across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable integration architectures using SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI and middleware platforms.
• Develop APIs, web services, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, OData services and PeopleSoft Integration Broker components.
• Create technical design documentation, interface mapping specifications and reusable integration services.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot failures, perform root‑cause analysis and improve reliability.
• Maintain integration logs, dashboards and support audit and security compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise system integration, specifically with SAP and Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Proven experience with cloud and on‑premise integrations, middleware solutions and API development.
• Experience supporting production environments and working in Agile or DevOps settings is advantageous.
