Swedish Speaking Telemarketing Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Swedish‑speaking Telemarketing Agent to join a fast‑growing B2B demand generation team in Cape Town. You will work on high‑volume outbound cold‑calling campaigns for international technology clients, generating qualified leads and supporting pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound cold‑calling campaigns to prospect companies.
• Generate and qualify marketing‑qualified leads (MQLs) according to defined criteria.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM, performing quality checks on contact details.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance targets and campaign quotas.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and provide performance updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of continuous employment demonstrating stability.
• Proven B2B outbound cold‑calling experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Resilient, persistent and self‑motivated in a high‑pressure sales environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data manipulation).
• Microsoft Office 365.
• CRM experience – e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot.
