Support Analyst

About the role

Klipboard is looking for a Support Analyst to provide first‑line, business‑to‑business software application support for its Rental division. The role is hybrid, primarily home‑based with occasional office attendance, and covers global support hours, including overnight shifts for Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support via phone, email and chat for Klipboard Rental products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to databases, reporting tools, MS Server and Windows desktop operating systems.
• Create and maintain documentation and provide customer training when required.
• Manage cases proactively, set realistic expectations and keep all stakeholders updated.
• Participate in a rotating schedule covering overnight support from Sunday to Thursday.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
