Supply Chain & Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Lead to own the strategic layer of our global D2C brand. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build and scale the supply chain function across South Africa, China and the USA, ensuring stock availability, cost efficiency, and timely fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inbound and production planning, including container scheduling, freight decisions, and customs documentation.
• Own demand forecasting and inventory planning by SKU and channel, driving ordering, stock placement, and risk mitigation.
• Manage 3PL performance across SA, China and US locations, holding partners to SLAs and driving continuous improvement.
• Develop systems, reporting, and data‑driven processes to support supply chain decisions and automation.
• Oversee outbound order flow, carrier performance, and issue resolution to protect customer experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations within a fast‑growing environment.
• Proven ability to solve complex forecasting, replenishment and freight challenges.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑backed decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to influence internal teams and external partners.
