Supply Chain Operations Coordinator – FMCG & Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to lead and optimise our logistics processes within the FMCG, manufacturing and paper‑pulp/tissue sectors. Based in the Kempton Park area of Gauteng, the role will ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and reliable delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations, overseeing inventory accuracy and on‑time deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics within FMCG, manufacturing or paper‑pulp/tissue industries.
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Syspro.
