Supply Chain Finance Analyst

About the role

Latitude Resource is a leading Supply Chain Finance FinTech company based in Bellville, Western Cape. The Supply Chain Finance Analyst will support the smooth operation of finance programmes, providing client, supplier and funding partner assistance while gaining exposure to innovative financial technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support to clients, suppliers and funders.
• Manage supplier onboarding and account setup.
• Assist clients with platform training and user support.
• Monitor transactions, resolve operational queries and support payment processes.
• Perform data and working‑capital analysis and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with implementation of new client programmes and reporting activities.
• Collaborate closely with buyers, suppliers and financial institutions to ensure efficient day‑to‑day delivery.
