Supply Chain Coordinator - Logistics, Forecasting & Freight

About the role

Join a fast‑growing consumer health and wellness brand as a Supply Chain Coordinator. You will own end‑to‑end logistics execution, dangerous‑goods compliance, supplier pickup coordination, and demand‑forecasting for a portfolio that includes lithium‑ion batteries and hazardous liquids.

Key responsibilities

• Request, compare and log freight quotes across air, ocean and road; raise bookings and confirm pickup dates.
• Prepare and verify full shipping documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill, certificates, HS codes, DG paperwork) against purchase orders and import requirements.
• Track shipments daily, chase forwarders for milestones, and flag delays or customs holds.
• Identify regulated shipments, maintain the dangerous‑goods document library, and ensure all DG declarations, packing instructions, marks and labels are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Act as the day‑to‑day pickup contact for Asian manufacturing partners, confirming readiness and escalating issues.
• Build and maintain rolling demand and supply forecasts in Google Sheets, covering inventory, reorder points, lead times, MOQs and open PO pipelines.
• Audit freight and customs invoices against quotes, query discrepancies and pursue disputes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, self‑motivated professional comfortable working remotely with early‑morning flexibility for Asia‑based contacts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and compliance tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with dangerous‑goods regulations (IATA DGR, IMDG, ADR, 49 CFR) is essential.
