Striker – Retail & Impulse Sales (Inland South East)

About the role

The Striker will drive Red Bull’s Perfect Store strategy across a defined Inland South East territory, focusing on retail and impulse accounts. You will ensure product availability, visibility and promotional compliance to maximise sales of all Red Bull SKUs.

Key responsibilities

• Cover all agreed outlets with optimal visit frequency while managing costs.
• Maintain and grow Perfect Store data on availability, pricing, visibility and messaging.
• Manage stock levels to keep Red Bull products continuously on‑shelf.
• Secure and improve in‑store brand presence, place POS materials correctly and ensure promotions launch on time.
• Complete administrative tasks and reporting accurately and on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record in FMCG or branded retail environments.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Clear understanding of off‑premise channels (retail, impulse, non‑traditional).
• Commercial awareness and basic commercial maths.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using mobile field‑force automation tools.
