Strategic Sales Executive – Government Health Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to drive growth within the Government Health sector. You will build relationships with public‑health customers, promote our solutions through the Persal channel, and contribute to sustainable business expansion across South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Government Health sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government healthcare employees and key stakeholders.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Promote and explain products and services through the Persal channel.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into long‑term customers, and meet individual sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned territories.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
• Travel nationally to support sales initiatives and customer engagement when required.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Matric / NQF 4 equivalent.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
