Store Specialist – Visuals (Fashion, Beauty & Home)

About the role

Join Woolworths as a Store Specialist: Visuals and bring your creative vision to life across our Fashion, Beauty and Home product ranges. You will design compelling visual assets that support brand consistency, engage customers and drive sales within our dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative graphic designs for fashion, beauty and home product ranges that align with Woolworths' brand values.
• Conduct comprehensive trend and market research to inform design concepts that meet customer preferences.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing and product development teams to produce cohesive seasonal campaign visuals.
• Create precise sketches, placement prints and other visual assets for both digital and print media.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in menswear, ladieswear, kidswear or lingerie categories.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and brand identity.
• Experience with both digital and print media and knowledge of print production processes.
• Ability to conduct market and trend analysis and translate insights into commercially viable designs.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.
