Store Manager – Totalsports – Stellenbosch Mall

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Totalsports outlet in Stellenbosch Mall, driving turnover, controlling expenses and managing stock losses while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for people management, merchandising execution and ensuring the store meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control operating expenses.
• Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Lead people management activities including recruitment, development, employee relations and performance management.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.

Required profile

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• Action‑oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to build and nurture internal and external networks.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to direct work effectively.
