Store Manager – Retail (45 hrs/week)

About the role
The Store Manager will lead the Sportscene outlet in Malekane, ensuring the store meets its sales and service targets. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, from financial results to customer experience, while fostering a motivated team.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
- Control expenses and manage budgets.
- Monitor stock losses and ensure shrinkage aligns with company standards.
- Recruit, develop, and manage staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the brand’s service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
