Store Manager – Festive Pop‑Up Launch at Mall of Africa

About the role

This is a limited‑time opportunity to lead a high‑visibility pop‑up store at the Mall of Africa during the festive season. You will be responsible for overall store performance, team leadership and delivering an unforgettable retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily store performance, opening procedures and trading results.
• Manage stock, daily reporting and POS transactions.
• Build staff schedules, oversee attendance and handle escalations.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Liaise with the client, project lead and Mall of Africa operations as required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of retail or hospitality management experience, preferably in a premium environment.
• Proven team leadership and staff scheduling expertise.
• Comfortable with POS systems, stock control and daily reporting.
• Available for the full contract term (23 Oct – 24 Dec 2026) and able to work 6‑hour shifts, 5 days a week.
• Reliable transport and strong communication skills.
