About the role
We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Foschini store in Parow. Working 45 hours per week, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing expenses and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover and achieve sales targets.
- Control operating expenses and monitor stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Recruit, develop and manage store staff, handling performance management and employee relations.
- Implement in‑store merchandising standards and visual presentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by executing the company’s service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum three years of retail experience, including at least one year in a store leadership role.
Required skills
- Strong customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
