Store Manager – 45 hrs/week – Longbeach Mall

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead the American Swiss Jewellery store at Longbeach Mall. The role focuses on driving sales, controlling expenses, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
• Control store expenses and manage budget.
• Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• Recruit, develop, and manage staff, handling employee relations and performance management.
• Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and meet sales objectives.
