Store Designer – Retail & QSR Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Store Designer to join our design team, focusing on Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) retail environments. You will translate innovative concepts into functional, aesthetically compelling store designs and manage the full design process from concept to construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop store layout concepts and produce detailed construction drawings, including walls, doors, windows, finishes, electrical, plumbing, fire equipment and equipment schedules.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, architects and tenant coordinators to obtain and verify design information.
• Ensure compliance with landlord and tenant criteria and obtain internal approvals before construction.
• Perform on‑site measurements when required and update drawings accordingly.
• Deliver design packages ranging from ad‑hoc layouts to full construction packs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Designer, with at least 2 years in retail (QSR experience advantageous).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Background in interior design and strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
