Stockroom Associate (120hr) – Table Bay Mall

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Stockroom Associate to join our team at Table Bay Mall. The role involves managing the flow of merchandise between the stockroom and the sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience and supporting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide feedback to management on stock issues and movements.
- Drive the ultimate customer experience and help meet sales targets.
- Manage receiving and dispatching of stock.
- Process stock within specified time frames.
- Facilitate efficient rotation of stock from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Maintain world‑class neatness and housekeeping standards.
- Control shrinkage in line with company standards.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- Retail experience (essential).
- Ability to give direction to the stockroom team.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
