About the role
Progression Group is hiring motivated young individuals to join its Sales & Customer Service team at the Cresta Mall in Randburg. The role is full‑time and entry‑level; no prior experience is required as the company provides comprehensive training to develop your sales, communication and customer‑service abilities, with clear pathways for growth.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching and personal development.
Required profile
- Recent matriculants or young job seekers under 30.
- Goal‑oriented, ambitious and confident communicators.
- Team players with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Hold a Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid South African ID and a smartphone.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
