Stanpay Head

About the role

The Head of Stanpay will steer the strategic direction, development, commercialisation and operational excellence of the Personal and Private Banking digital wallet ecosystem. This senior position is responsible for driving sustainable growth, financial performance and client adoption while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for the digital wallet, aligning with overall banking and payments strategy.
• Lead product development, partnership creation and ecosystem building to expand wallet services.
• Oversee commercial performance, financial targets and client adoption metrics.
• Ensure seamless integration with broader banking platforms and external payment networks.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and implement strong risk‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• First degree in Digital & eCommerce, CHNW or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in digital banking, payments, fintech or mobile financial services.
• 5‑7 years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering commercial outcomes.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Personal and Private Banking.
• Proven track record in strategy development, product management, partnerships and ecosystem building.
