About the role
The Specifications Representative will drive commercial sales for our client in Durban by engaging architects, developers, designers and quantity surveyors to secure proprietary specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Increase commercial sales by targeting architects, developers, designers and quantity surveyors.
- Obtain and manage proprietary specifications for partitioning and ceiling projects.
Required profile
- Post‑Matric qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in the partitioning and ceiling industry.
- Proven ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Experience in estimating costs and writing specifications.
- Code 8 driver’s licence and own car preferred.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and technical aptitude.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications.
