Specialist: Cloud and Data Centre Engineer

About the role

The Cloud and Data Centre Engineer acts as a System Integration Support Engineer, delivering design, development, support and implementation services for cloud and data‑centre solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create tailored cloud collaboration environments that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design cloud collaboration solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation, including compute, software, storage configuration, customisation, installation and integration with existing systems.
• Provide expert technical advisory on best practices for cloud collaboration deployment and optimisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise operational impact.
• Identify and execute performance‑optimisation opportunities through configuration tuning and infrastructure enhancements.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a similar ICT role.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with AWS Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Familiarity with Zadara Cloud services.
