Space Management Systems Support – Durban

About the role

We are seeking a Space Management Systems Support professional to provide technical and functional assistance for the retail organisation’s space planning environment in Durban. The role bridges business users, space planning teams and technology to ensure smooth operation of systems, data and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for space management systems.
• Assist users with system queries, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Maintain system data, configurations and ensure data integrity.
• Investigate and coordinate resolutions for system issues.
• Support system enhancements, testing and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with Space Planning and other business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and related processes.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience supporting retail or space planning systems, preferably with JDA or Blue Yonder.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a good understanding of data and system processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Retail/FMCG experience is highly advantageous.
