Solutions Architect – Enterprise Technology & Cloud

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to shape enterprise technology landscapes and drive digital transformation initiatives for leading organisations across South Africa. You will bridge business and technology, designing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end enterprise solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across project and delivery teams.
• Define application, integration, data, and infrastructure architectures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend best‑fit solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, development teams, and vendors.
• Support cloud transformation and modernisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale technology solutions.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and solution design capabilities.
