Solution Architecture Associate Director

About the role

The Associate Director of Solution Architecture will lead the creation and delivery of innovative, high‑impact solutions for complex client challenges. Leveraging deep technical expertise, you will guide cross‑functional teams, ensure alignment with architectural standards, and drive the adoption of modern tooling and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of differentiated solutions across platforms, technologies, and functions.
• Define architectural roadmaps, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance with architectural principles.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among cross‑functional teams to guarantee successful solution implementation.
• Produce solution models using industry‑standard notations (ArchiMate, UML, BPMN) and contribute to practice development through thought leadership.
• Engage with multiple teams, influence key decisions, and provide reusable solutions that span several domains.
• Oversee quality assurance, assess deliverable completeness, and apply both traditional and agile delivery methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in solution planning, costing, and pricing, with significant managerial responsibility.
• Strong educational background in Solution Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Deep subject‑matter expertise with proven influencing and advisory capabilities.
• Experience leading development teams from design through technical execution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modelling notations: ArchiMate, UML, BPMN.
• Expertise in design patterns, integration techniques, architecture patterns, and non‑functional drivers.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and relevant architecture certifications.
• Ability to leverage AI and modern tooling to create efficient solution architectures.
• Knowledge of both traditional and agile delivery methodologies.
