Software Engineer - ElectronJS, Desktop (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join a global technology leader and build high‑performance desktop applications using ElectronJS. This full‑time remote position offers the chance to work on a widely used platform and collaborate with cross‑functional product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain desktop applications with ElectronJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and optimise new features while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Debug, test, and resolve issues reported by users or identified during QA.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in ElectronJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Experience with Node.js and front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event‑driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Git version control and automated testing tools.
