Social Media Manager (Part-time, LA hours)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing and content creation efforts on a part-time basis. The role will operate on Los Angeles hours to ensure real-time engagement with our audience and internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Shopify store, analyse analytics and promote merchandise.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Search and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) including budget management.
• Implement SEO best practices across the website and digital assets.
• Create visual assets and branding graphics for social platforms and merchandise.
• Edit long-form podcast recordings into short, engaging video clips and produce original short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.
• Develop and execute posting, commenting and engagement strategies on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Produce regular performance reports for advertising and social media activities.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and collaborate with the existing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, paid advertising and SEO.
• Strong graphic design and video-editing capabilities.
• Deep understanding of current social-media trends and audience growth tactics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and communicate clearly.
