Social Media Manager

About the role

Happy Pay is looking for a Social Media Manager to own day‑to‑day execution of its content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will ensure the brand’s voice is consistent, on‑brand and delivered on schedule each week as the company scales its BNPL platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish posts, Reels and videos for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn according to a weekly calendar.
• Turn content briefs into finished assets, collaborating with design and content teams.
• Manage community interactions – respond to DMs, comments and nurture audience relationships.
• Support UGC campaigns by briefing creators, handling deliverables and integrating winning content.
• Track performance metrics, produce reports and use insights to refine future content.
• Contribute ideas in strategy meetings while executing the agreed plan.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a social media or content role.
• Digitally native with a strong instinct for TikTok and Instagram trends.
• Proven experience creating LinkedIn content for B2B audiences.
• High‑agency mindset – proactive problem‑solver who delivers without constant follow‑up.
• Good sense of humour and ability to work in a fast‑moving, non‑corporate culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok and Instagram publishing tools.
• LinkedIn content creation and community management.
• Basic design using Canva (or similar).
• Familiarity with platform analytics and reporting.
