Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to own content creation and platform management for our U.S.-based clients. The role is fully remote and requires availability during U.S. business hours. You will strengthen our brand presence on Meta and LinkedIn while expanding visibility in AI‑driven search environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish regular content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design visually compelling posts using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Write engaging, platform‑specific copy aligned with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the video editor to coordinate video content and provide creative direction.
• Implement and optimize the content calendar provided by the Marketing Director.
• Schedule and publish content using Hootsuite to ensure consistency.
• Monitor engagement metrics, report performance trends, and respond to community interactions.
• Manage citations and execute LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization) initiatives to improve AI‑generated brand visibility.
• Conduct email outreach to editors and publications to enhance share of voice.
• Monitor Reddit and relevant forums for discussions on home improvement topics and engage authentically.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience managing community engagement and responding to audience interactions.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search environments and citation management.
