About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team in Pinetown. The role combines strategic social media management with hands‑on content production, offering flexibility to work remotely while staying connected to our global community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media channels across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create, edit and schedule engaging visual and written content tailored to our wellness and lifestyle audience.
• Apply Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to increase reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and adjust tactics based on data insights.
• Interact with online communities, respond to comments and foster authentic audience relationships.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and SMO techniques.
• Strong writing ability and experience crafting audience‑specific content.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing effective content strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance (a plus).
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a remote team.
• Previous experience in the wellness, lifestyle or creative sectors is advantageous.
