Social Media Manager – Cape Town

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our social media and digital marketing activities. The role is fully onsite in Maitland, Cape Town, and reports to the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including content creation, calendar planning, and reporting.
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of social media, native, CRM, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, approvals, and asset trafficking with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Monitor performance, optimise campaigns based on weekly data, and produce post‑campaign analysis.
• Analyse social media metrics to improve engagement, ROI, and support revenue growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends, measurement techniques, and best practices.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
