Social Media & CRM Specialist

About the role

The Social Media & CRM Specialist will drive Hill’s social and content strategies, managing pet‑parent and professional communities while overseeing CRM journeys. This role is central to building brand engagement and supporting business objectives across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross‑channel content strategy for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Write and brief brand‑aligned content to grow followers and meet KPIs.
• Manage community queries, maintain response templates, and engage influencers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and viral moments to inform content ideas.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Development, Veterinary Affairs and agency teams to amplify product launches and events.
• Implement CRM journeys for pet parents and professionals, including email workflow creation and database management.
• Track, analyse and report social and CRM performance, applying learnings to optimise future campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in social media content creation and community management.
• Enthusiastic team player with strong listening and collaborative skills.
