Social Media Content Creator & Manager for Multiple Brands

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, self‑driven Social Media Content Creator to own and grow the online presence of four distinct brands: DataNow, Medico Herbs, MSA Global Trading, and Making a Change. This is a hands‑on, community‑focused position where video‑first storytelling and genuine engagement are key.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for all four brands.
• Film on‑location pieces such as factory walkthroughs, product showcases, and FAQ videos.
• Appear on camera when needed, delivering natural and authentic messaging.
• Edit videos using CapCut and design graphics/text posts with Canva.
• Manage comments, direct messages, and community interaction across platforms, responding promptly to build loyal audiences.
• Schedule and publish content consistently according to each brand’s calendar.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for social media and content creation.
• Comfortable appearing on camera without needing professional acting experience.
• Based in Somerset West or within reasonable commuting distance.
• Obsessive about community engagement – you reply, you respond, you build.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut for video editing.
• Ability to design graphics and text‑based posts using Canva.
