Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to join our remote team and help a UK‑based consulting and real‑estate business boost its online presence. This part‑time position (approximately 10 hours per week) focuses on producing high‑impact short‑form videos and engaging copy that drive brand visibility, audience interaction, and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) tailored to the consulting and real‑estate sectors.
• Develop and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Transform raw footage into polished videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Design graphics and thumbnails with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain a content calendar and write compelling captions, hooks and calls‑to‑action.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise content based on insights and engage with followers.
• Manage influencer relationships and participate in niche community groups.
• Update and maintain websites on WordPress, Wix or similar CMS platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social‑media content creation and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short‑form video work.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva/Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience building and updating sites on WordPress, Wix or comparable systems.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends and content strategies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines.
