Skin Therapist – Western Cape

About the role

We have great opportunities for qualified skin therapists to work with the world’s no‑1 skincare brand. Dermalogica South Africa is seeking driven and passionate skin therapists to drive sales, meet business objectives and act as brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all treatments and concept procedures regularly and according to Dermalogica standards.
• Take ownership of monthly targets and monitor daily goals.
• Conduct accurate consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, updating records in the POS system.
• Assist consumers with retail purchases and follow up via phone or email regarding treatment results.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory, unpacking orders and sales promotions.
• Maintain the treatment area and other workspaces, including stocking shelves, cleaning the skin bar and replenishing products.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 (minimum 2 years full‑time training).
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for retail with a proven sales track record.
• Confident engagement with customers.
• Self‑motivated and able to meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage.
