Skin Therapist – Rosebank

About the role

We have great opportunities for qualified skin therapists to work with the world’s #1 skincare brand. Dermalogica is seeking driven and passionate skin therapists to drive sales, meet business objectives and act as brand ambassadors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all treatments and concept procedures according to Dermalogica standards.
• Own monthly targets and monitor daily goals and achievements.
• Conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping for each new client and update records in the POS system.
• Assist customers with retail purchases and follow up via phone or email regarding treatment and product results.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory, unpacking orders and sales promotions.
• Maintain the treatment area and other workspaces, including stocking shelves, cleaning the skin bar and product pool, and replenishing products.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 with a minimum of three years full‑time experience.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for retail and a proven sales track record.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and self‑motivation.
• Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage.
