Skilled Installer – Prepaid Metering Systems

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our Installations team in Cape Town. The role involves installing, maintaining, testing and troubleshooting prepaid metering systems, including associated plumbing and electrical components. You will work on‑site delivering professional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, replace, test and commission prepaid meters.
• Conduct site inspections and diagnose technical faults.
• Perform plumbing and electrical installation and maintenance tasks.
• Complete accurate installation documentation and reports.
• Provide professional on‑site customer service.
• Ensure all work complies with company quality, health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Completed plumbing or electrical trade (Red Seal or equivalent).
• Minimum three years post‑trade experience; complementary trade experience advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as required.
